Requirements
- Education: Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience relevant to the position.
- Certification: Operational certification (locomotive engineer, rail traffic controller, certified car inspector, or track maintenance foreman).
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience working in the railway industry (railway operations, railway equipment, or railway infrastructure).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support rail occurrence investigations.
- Respond to rail occurrences across Canada.
- Develop scientific investigation reports.
- Communicate investigation results.
